To support a global digital agency, the hourly-based Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple client projects, define project scopes, and lead discovery phases while working remotely across various time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets
- Lead the discovery phase with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
- Run Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation to keep teams aligned throughout delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
- Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals and scoping projects
- Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery processes
- Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong communication skills for client-facing work
