Freelance Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely in Mexico as an independent contractor, the Freelance Recruiter will source, screen, and qualify candidates for ongoing projects while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and supporting the sourcing team with additional tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements
• Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms
• Track and report recruitment KPIs while keeping candidate pipelines up to date

Required qualifications:

• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience; high-volume recruitment experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resource management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
