Front End Services Representative
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Front End Services Representative will calculate cost estimates, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate financial responsibilities to patients during the Pacific Standard Time shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and provide accurate cost estimates for scheduled procedures based on patient insurance and historical data
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage levels to determine patient financial responsibility
- Communicate with patients regarding their estimated financial liability and discuss payment options
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Mandatory compliance with strict patient confidentiality policies
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
