Job Summary
Building reliable and responsive user interfaces, the contract Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) will work remotely to deliver features independently, diagnose browser issues, and contribute maintainable, well-tested code.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement user interfaces from approved designs and API contracts
- Integrate REST APIs and manage loading, error, and partial-data states
- Write unit and component tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and hooks-based component development
- Strong understanding of component lifecycle, effects, and state-management libraries like Zustand or Redux Toolkit
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design techniques
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest and debugging using browser DevTools
- Familiarity with Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews
