Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Annuity Model Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to develop and enhance Annuity product modeling using AXIS
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement model changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical expertise and maintain rigorous governance and validation standards for actuarial models
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of actuarial experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- FSA or ASA designation with additional actuarial experience
- Extensive experience modeling various Annuity products
- Strong understanding of regulatory and accounting frameworks related to insurance
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
