FSA Licensed VP of Retirement Pricing
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for the pricing process, the full-time remote FSA Licensed VP of Retirement Pricing will create and manage profitable, competitive, and sustainable solutions for the Retirement Plan Services business unit, while also developing pricing models and risk management strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the strategic vision for the pricing of Retirement Plan Services solutions
- Establish organizational goals and ensure effective implementation of pricing models and risk management initiatives
- Provide strategic thought leadership and market analysis to optimize profitability and assess competitive opportunities
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in actuarial science directly related to pricing and risk management
- 5+ years of management experience influencing senior management and critical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
- FSA designation or ASA designation with additional actuarial experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Services, specifically in retirement plan pricing, is a plus
