Job Summary
Owning fuel inventory and delivery management, the full-time remote Fuel Logistics & Accounting Analyst will utilize PDI software to maintain appropriate fuel inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, reconcile transactions, and support accurate fuel accounting while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Independently make fuel purchasing and delivery decisions while monitoring tank levels and market conditions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Review and reconcile fuel transactions, correct invoice discrepancies, and prepare customer statements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, logistics, bookkeeping, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and strong Excel skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed as part of an on-call rotation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
