Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

As a Fulfillment Associate, the full-time remote position will manage internal order fulfillment through various vendors, engage with customers via phone, and ensure accurate data entry and account maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete orders through different vendor sites and manage ongoing account maintenance
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for customer engagement and service escalation
• Ensure data entry accuracy and adherence to proper workflows

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in data entry within the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple platforms
• Must be 18 years of age or older
