Fulfillment Buyer

Job Summary

Managing procurement processes, the full-time Fulfillment Buyer will execute product orders, negotiate supplier terms, and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely product availability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across divisions and regions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with location leaders to prevent stockouts or overstocking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control/management, or warehousing
• Strong knowledge of the building material industry to support Supply Chain objectives
• Proficient in procurement software and inventory management systems, with expert MS Excel skills highly preferred
