Fulfillment Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing end-to-end fulfillment operations, the remote contract Fulfillment Manager will partner with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations, including logistics, inventory control, and reporting
- Monitor fulfillment performance and coordinate resolutions for service issues with internal teams and partners
- Oversee inventory control activities and ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and fulfillment requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- Experience managing 3PL operations in the U.S. and/or Canada
- Strong knowledge of transportation management and warehouse management systems; SAP experience preferred
- Familiarity with fulfillment requirements of major retailers in the U.S. and Canada
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
