Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Experts Growth team, the full-time Fulfillment Operations Specialist will manage expert matching and onboarding processes, ensuring efficient project staffing and expert satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own fulfillment and matching by aligning experts with projects based on their skills and availability
• Drive activation to transition experts from "matched" to "productively working" through effective onboarding processes
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with contracts and access provisions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in fulfillment, delivery operations, or contractor onboarding at scale
• Track record of managing NPS, CSAT, or retention metrics for a network of experts or contractors
• Strong operational rigor with a focus on documentation, processes, and clean handoffs
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in program operations or business-ops roles at a fast-scaling startup
