Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of order processing, the full-time remote Fulfillment Specialist will manage retail partnerships, ensuring timely and compliant shipments while proactively resolving issues and coordinating with strategic partners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the order management process from placement to delivery, proactively addressing potential delays
- Ensure compliance with retailer-specific requirements and stay updated on changing standards to avoid chargebacks
- Coordinate with co-packers and internal teams to maintain production schedules and provide operational visibility
Required qualifications
- Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles
- Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets, including formulas and data reporting
- Strong organizational skills, especially during high-volume periods
- Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to identify problems early
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with external partners
