Full Stack Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI-native platforms, the full-time remote Full Stack Automation Engineer will build and improve AI communication pipelines, enhance RAG retrieval quality, and optimize LLM performance while working with a diverse tech stack including TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve AI pipelines for client performance insights
- Debug classification errors and improve model accuracy
- Optimize LLM costs, latency, and performance
Required qualifications
- Production LLM experience with Claude or OpenAI in live systems
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong skills in React, including component architecture and state management
- Experience with PostgreSQL queries, migrations, and optimizations
- Proficiency in API integrations such as REST and OAuth
