Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support the modernization of IRS tax processing systems, the remote Full Stack Developer will build high-performing, scalable applications using Java and React technologies, contributing to the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications utilizing modern Java and React frameworks
- Collaborate with a software team in an agile environment to deliver mission-critical applications
- Build and document APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in software development
- Active IRS MBI Clearance and current Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) required
- Strong proficiency in Java and extensive experience with the Spring Framework
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS for front-end development
- Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
