Full-Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support the modernization of water prediction services, the fully remote Full-Stack/API Developer will engage in hands-on feature development, API endpoint implementation, and UI component creation while collaborating with an Agile engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deliver new full-stack features and RESTful API endpoints for modernization tasks
- Construct responsive and accessible web interface components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Write Python scripts and SQL queries to manage and transform hydrologic datasets in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL and S3
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development and API engineering
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications and consuming/resting REST APIs
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Docker containerization
