Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support advanced full stack development efforts, the remote Full Stack Developer will manage the creation and maintenance of scalable applications using React and Ruby on Rails while providing technical guidance and collaborating with the VP of Technology to integrate AI into development workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications, ensuring high quality and scalability
- Define and enforce development standards, conducting code reviews to maintain code quality
- Support CI/CD pipeline management and optimize cloud infrastructure performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in full stack development and 3 years in a DevOps role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
