Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Full Stack Developer (Production) will manage high-level operational support for complex application cloud systems, develop solutions for technical issues, and ensure compliance with security policies while interacting directly with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational support and maintenance of production systems
- Document and resolve system outages, ensuring rapid recovery and communication with users
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies and maintain inventory of system assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
- Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, including S3 and CloudWatch
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance and reliability
