Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs operations, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Production) will manage day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems, develop solutions for technical problems, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform high-level operational support and maintenance for cloud systems, including troubleshooting and resolving outages
- Document problems and communicate status updates to users and senior management
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies and maintain inventory of system assets
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
- Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, including S3 and CloudWatch
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
