Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Production) will perform high-level operational support for complex application cloud systems, develop solutions to technical problems, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational support and maintenance of large-scale production systems
- Detect, isolate, and resolve system outages while documenting issues and communicating status to users and management
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies and maintain inventory of system assets
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, including S3 and CloudWatch
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
