Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Production) will perform operational support for complex application cloud systems, develop solutions for technical problems, and manage system outages while ensuring compliance with security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level operational support for cloud systems and manage system outages
- Develop and implement solutions for routine technical issues and maintain system documentation
- Communicate with users and senior management regarding system performance and problem statuses
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
- Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, including S3 and CloudWatch
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
