Job Summary
Leading a small technical team, the full-time remote Full-Stack Developer Lead will design, build, and ship web applications and APIs on Microsoft Azure, while also mentoring developers and overseeing project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship web applications and APIs on Microsoft Azure, from the database to the user interface
- Turn working prototypes into production applications with automated tests, monitoring, and security
- Provide technical leadership by planning development work, reviewing code, and mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in building and shipping web applications, with both front-end and back-end expertise
- 2+ years of experience as a tech lead or senior developer
- Strong proficiency in a back-end language (C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python) and a modern front-end framework like React
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform
