Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will build AI-driven web applications and backend services, manage complex data models, and maintain integrations with CRM and ERP systems while collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with team members and customers to understand and define the problems being solved
• Own the outcomes of projects, ensuring delivery and measurement of success based on customer impact
• Design and build scalable system architectures, web applications, and backend services that handle complex data interactions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience shipping production software and owning product areas end to end
• Expertise in system architecture and design, particularly with cloud and AI services
• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and engage directly with customers
• Experience with technologies such as NestJS, Typescript, MongoDB, and AWS
• Familiarity with AI models and data extraction from unstructured sources is a plus
