Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-enabled internal systems, the full-time remote Full-Stack Engineer will design and build user interfaces for business teams, create observability tools, and manage features across the stack from development to post-launch improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build interfaces for configuring agent capabilities and reviewing their actions
- Develop observability and evaluation tools to assess agent performance and improvements
- Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into effective software solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, particularly in complex applications
- Solid backend engineering experience with languages such as Go, PHP, or Python
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, like Postgres or DynamoDB
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environment
