Job Summary
To support mission-critical initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications and APIs
- Build responsive and accessible user interface components using modern front-end frameworks
- Collaborate with teams to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and Git workflows
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
