Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To close the gap between brokerage needs and effective software solutions, the full-time remote Full-Stack Engineer will engage with clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype features using AI, and ensure successful deployment and support of applications on Rechat's platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting discovery calls with brokerage leaders to identify underlying needs and document clear specifications
- Rapidly prototyping client-requested features and deploying them to production using Rechat's APIs
- Debugging and supporting applications post-launch to ensure functionality and user adoption
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer with deployed projects
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of APIs, data, and frontend development
- Experience building applications with AI tools to enhance development speed
- Direct experience working with customers to translate vague needs into functional software
- Proven ability to debug and support applications after launch
