Job Summary
To support a fast-growing fintech startup, the fully remote Strong Middle/Senior Full-Stack Engineer will focus on building scalable onboarding and workflow automation solutions, while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to influence architecture decisions and improve operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Build scalable onboarding experiences and workflow-driven functionality integrated into the core product platform
- Evaluate existing workflows and translate complex business processes into scalable product functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product evolution and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Expertise in TypeScript
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Good knowledge of AWS
- Good proficiency in React
- Experience in a startup-like environment with a focus on product ownership and rapid iteration
