Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a backend-leaning Full-Stack Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for building production agents, designing reliable backend systems, and owning features end-to-end to enhance the capabilities of Creative Agents.

Key responsibilities

• Building production agents and expanding their capabilities through prompts, tool use, and integrations
• Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation with strong performance and security
• Owning features from user needs identification to prototyping and production deployment, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Strong backend engineering skills with experience in operating production systems and sound fundamentals in APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience developing agents and understanding of prompts, tools, and execution logic
• Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership and confidence working across the stack
• Good product judgment and enthusiasm for creative agents
• Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets, and asynchronous workers is a plus
