Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the managed services wing focused on creators and media businesses, the full-time Full-Stack Engineer will build and maintain systems that integrate AI tools with human expertise, working remotely from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the human data platform for continuous model improvement through new task editors and reliable data pipelines
• Build and maintain the core productions engine that supports production workflows, with opportunities to lead projects
• Create professional editing tools by combining UI systems with a strong understanding of underlying infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience, preferably in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus
• Proven ability to create reliable and scalable systems, such as internal platforms or data pipelines
• Experience in building tools or editors while also hardening the underlying platform
• Ability to defend ideas while being willing to engage in necessary foundational work
• Familiarity with data labeling or annotation platforms is a bonus
