Job Summary
Driving the design and development of secure, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, the remote Full Stack Engineer will leverage Python and modern UI technologies while providing technical leadership to a team of five developers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that integrate data, applications, and business workflows
- Develop and implement Generative AI applications, including LLM integrations and intelligent automation
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor developers, and establish engineering standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python and full-stack development
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI/Generative AI solutions and integrating AI agents and RAG solutions
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Experience leading small engineering teams and driving enterprise AI adoption
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and system integration
