Job Summary
Leading a high-performing development team, the Full Stack Engineer Team Lead will be responsible for architecting scalable software solutions, developing modern applications, and integrating RFID technologies in a remote, full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure software solutions while mentoring engineers and establishing best practices
- Design and develop React applications integrated with Java Spring Boot services for various Army environments
- Collaborate with Army stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable technical solutions within DoD infrastructures
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications
- Strong experience with React, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Active Security+ certification and familiarity with Army or DoD enterprise network environments
- U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
