Job Summary

To support the development of future technology leaders, the full-time remote Full-Stack Engineer Training Program will provide participants with hands-on experience in coding and automation engineering over a two-year period, focusing on application support, high-quality code writing, and collaboration with business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the support of existing applications and development efforts
• Writing high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations
• Collaborating with business analysts and product owners to ensure understanding of business priorities

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position (academic or professional)
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Boot camps, Academies, Certifications considered
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field preferred
