Full-Stack Growth Engineer
Job Summary
To support growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Full-Stack Growth Engineer will build and maintain web and backend systems that enhance member acquisition, onboarding, and engagement, while working remotely within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve web and product surfaces for member acquisition and conversion, including landing experiences and signup flows
- Simplify access and onboarding processes to enhance new member activation and clarify value from Day 1
- Design and analyze A/B tests while partnering with data teams to define metrics and ensure experiment integrity
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on consumer growth and activation
- Strong full-stack capabilities across modern web frontend and backend services
- Experience running growth experiments in production and analyzing outcomes
- Familiarity with customer journey analysis and dropoff metrics
- Proficiency in using AI coding tools within the development workflow
