Job Summary
To contribute to the development of innovative employee hiring and onboarding software, the remote Full Stack Product Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement new features, and enhance compliance and workflow automation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement new features for the software platform
- Contribute to the development of a Compliance Rules Engine and create Workflow Automations for onboarding
- Build user-friendly React UIs and integrate third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-stack engineer with a strong track record in building and shipping software products
- Three years of experience as a professional software engineer, with a focus on APIs and third-party service integration
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to make product decisions based on customer use cases and first-principled reasoning
- Deep understanding of testing and observability, including experience with tools like Datadog and Sentry
