Full-Stack Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Full-Stack Software Engineer will engage in core product development and customer-facing implementations, building applications on Tailor's platform while contributing to scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Scope ambiguous customer requests, prototype quickly, and iterate into stable deployments using Tailor's platform
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Product Managers to understand customer needs and productize repeatable solutions
- Build and ship production-grade features across the stack, from front-end UIs to backend APIs and data models
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production environments
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React is a plus
- Strong foundation in data modeling and API design for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and external platforms in accounting, commerce, or logistics
- Ability to work with customers to transform complex operational challenges into maintainable software solutions
