Full Stack Software Engineer
Job Summary
Delivering full-stack features for a mission-critical platform, the full-time Full Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and sustain components across the Hazardous Material Management System, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and modernize Java and Spring Boot applications, RESTful and SOAP services, and system integrations
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and ensure accessibility compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design, implementation planning, and code reviews throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in full-stack software development with React, TypeScript, and Java services using Spring Boot
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database development, preferably with Oracle
- Experience applying secure coding practices and developing automated tests using tools like JUnit and Mockito
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and Azure DevOps in an Agile environment
