Fullstack AI Engineer

Job Summary

Setting the technical direction for a new Experience squad, the full-time Fullstack AI Engineer will build architecture and standards for a cutting-edge AI-native logistics platform, focusing on API design, SSO integration, and cross-product functionality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement API v3 and service boundaries for shared identity and navigation across multiple product areas
• Establish and oversee SSO, tenancy, and permissions to ensure data visibility and security
• Develop a demo environment that serves as a functional product surface for commercial use

Required qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in building and running production software, with expertise in Python/Django REST API design
• Proven track record of setting technical direction and making informed decisions in software development
• Strong background in performance optimization, cost management, and observability
• Proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, particularly React
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and frameworks, including LLMs and agent orchestration
