Fullstack AI Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the technical direction of a new Experience squad, the full-time Fullstack AI Engineer will focus on building user-centric solutions across multiple product areas, integrating AI capabilities, and ensuring robust system architecture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the end-to-end user journey, ensuring seamless integration across multiple product areas
• Establish and document the technical architecture that connects the Experience layer to integrated systems
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective software solutions

Required qualifications

• Approximately eight years of experience in building and maintaining production software, with expertise in Python/Django REST API design
• Proven experience in setting technical direction for teams and adapting approaches based on feedback
• Strong understanding of performance, cost, and observability in software systems
• Experience working with frontend technologies such as React and a user-centered mindset
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks, including LLMs and agent orchestration
