Fullstack Developer
Job Summary
Delivering end-to-end features in a primarily remote role, the full-time Fullstack Developer will build and enhance backend services and frontend dashboards to visualize live operational metrics for contact center supervisors, while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable code that adheres to company standards
- Build and evolve frontend dashboards and backend APIs/services for near-real-time data updates
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with 4+ years of experience
- Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript technologies such as NodeJS, Angular/AngularJS, or React
- Backend experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- Working understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum/SaFE/LeSS
- Passion for mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
