Job Summary
Identifying guest needs throughout the booking journey, the full-time remote Fun Expert Agent will assist customers with vacation planning, troubleshoot technical issues, and convert sales calls into cruise bookings while working a schedule of 1:30 PM to 10 PM during the week and one weekend day from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers regarding technical issues with the company's website and self-service applications
- Assist in converting sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting consumer preferences and needs
- Provide guidance on shore excursions and complete pre-sale transactions while educating travel advisers on available resources
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 6 months to 1 year of previous sales and customer service experience required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet (WiFi-only setups are not permitted)
- Must have personal equipment; a stipend of $750 is offered after 90 days
