Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

Providing operations support in a full-time remote capacity, the Functional Analyst I will analyze problems, design solutions, develop testing methods, and document tests while assisting customers with operational information.

Key responsibilities

• Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending resolutions
• Support operations systems by providing information, answering questions, and delivering training to customers
• Develop and conduct tests to verify operations systems and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role at level 2 or above
• Knowledge of 834 Enrollment and Maintenance transactions and ability to read EDI segments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
