Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

Supporting operations remotely, the full-time Functional Analyst I will analyze systems problems, develop testing methods, and provide operational information to customers while contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending resolutions
• Provide operational support by answering customer inquiries and conducting training
• Develop and document testing methods to verify operations systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to recognize and solve a variety of problems
