Functional Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Functional Consultant (FT) to join their Victim Services Suite team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather functional requirements by collaborating with customers and conducting workshops
- Configure and customize the SylogistGov Victim Services Suite to meet business needs
- Create documentation and training materials, and provide user support and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including configuration and customization
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an FBI background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 CRM modules and experience with Power Platform tools
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
