ServiceNow Functional Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for ServiceNow modules
- Contribute to designing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and best practices
- Analyze existing workflows, recommend enhancements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL) is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous
