Job Summary
Guiding customers through the implementation of spend management solutions, the full-time remote Enterprise Functional Consultant will configure Medius products, conduct workshops, and support clients during the go-live process.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and best practices
- Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions, both on-site and remotely
- Analyze existing AP and spend management processes to identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT system implementations, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments
- Understanding of AP, finance, or spend management processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both end users and project stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
