Job Summary
Gathering and analyzing client business requirements, the full-time Functional Consultant, EMEA will translate these into functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide ongoing client support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers to create functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry
- Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in ERP or CRM
- Understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and document complex requirements
- Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German and/or French are a plus
