Job Summary
Leading a team of Functional Consultants, the full-time remote Functional Consultant Team Lead will manage performance, set quality standards for configuration and process design, and oversee the development of junior talent.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision for assigned Functional Consultants, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Define and maintain functional standards for configuration and process design, ensuring quality assurance across engagements
- Oversee the onboarding and development of junior-level talent, creating structured growth plans and monitoring progress
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting role
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising consultants, either formally or informally
- Hands-on experience with configuration and process design in Jira and other Atlassian tools
- Strong understanding of functional best practices and quality standards across client engagements
- Ability to identify skill gaps and develop practical training plans
