Functional Lead
Job Summary
To support a large-scale public-sector cannabis licensing platform, the full-time remote Functional Lead will manage the translation of complex regulations into functional requirements, oversee business process analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders on system configurations and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and analyze existing business processes to define future-state workflows
- Translate cannabis licensing ordinances and regulatory conditions into actionable system configurations
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, including scenario development and defect resolution
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting a government organization with a significant operating budget or large population
- Proven experience with Salesforce solutions in jurisdictions involving permitting and inspections
- Demonstrated oversight of Salesforce functional implementation activities, including requirements and testing
- Experience leading enterprise system implementations for large government entities utilizing Salesforce
- Familiarity with public-sector licensing systems and related compliance and financial reporting requirements
