Job Summary
To support application quality, the remote Functional Tester will perform functional testing, identify and document defects, and assist with testing activities related to Integrated Eligibility Systems and SNAP/TANF programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing to validate application functionality against requirements
- Identify, document, and log defects as applicable
- Support defect tracking and collaborate with relevant teams to communicate testing issues
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility Systems
- Familiarity with SNAP and TANF programs
- Experience in functional testing
- Ability to identify, document, and report software defects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
