Fund Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support client growth strategies, the full-time salaried Fund Accounting Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of fund accounting for private equity vehicles, managing capital activity, maintaining accurate NAVs, and leading financial reporting while collaborating with investment and investor relations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review capital calls and distributions, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation
- Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of financial statements and compliance filings
- Assist in coordinating fund-level credit facilities and respond to inquiries from Limited Partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on fund accounting/reporting experience
- B.A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Experience within a fund administrator, asset manager, or Big Four environment
- Strong analytical skills and expert capabilities in modeling and spreadsheets
