Fund Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Developing and establishing a book of new business, the full-time salaried Fund Banking Relationship Manager will focus on client relationships within the Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Emerging Manager Community, contributing to deposit and loan growth while managing complex lending activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies to generate new client relationships and expand the book of business
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of various complex loans in compliance with lending policies
• Maintain ongoing client relationships post-loan closing, ensuring a client-first experience and addressing service issues

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Fund Finance, including loan origination and relationship management
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and Fund documentation
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools for due diligence and document analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Understanding of banking compliance regulations and treasury management services
